I have always been interested in Health related topics since graduating from CSUN with a degree in pre-med and nutrition.  Although I don't use this knowledge professionally, I live by the studies I have learned and like to pass along helpful information to my readers.  This is an important list of foods that you should avoid and always try to eat and drink foods that don't say "low fat", "artificially sweetened" and so on.  I learned this from my Mom and she is still active at 100 years of age!
